“Soft Tropical Brutalism” บ้านที่นุ่ม สงบ และอยู่สบาย
บ้านหลังนี้ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากสถาปัตยกรรม Brutalist ในรูปแบบที่เรียบสงบ อบอุ่น และเข้าถึงได้มากขึ้น ผ่านการใช้มวลอาคารที่ชัดเจน เส้นสายเรขาคณิตที่หนักแน่น และพื้นที่ว่างภายในที่ช่วยสร้างบรรยากาศการอยู่อาศัยที่ผ่อนคลายและสงบ
แนวคิดการออกแบบถูกปรับให้เหมาะกับภูมิอากาศเขตร้อนของประเทศไทย โดยให้ความสำคัญกับแสงธรรมชาติ การระบายอากาศแบบไหลผ่าน และการแทรกพื้นที่สีเขียวภายในบ้าน เพื่อให้สถาปัตยกรรมสามารถอยู่ร่วมกับสภาพแวดล้อมได้อย่างสบาย
บ้านถูกออกแบบให้มีความเป็นส่วนตัวและให้ความรู้สึกปิดจากภายนอก เปรียบเสมือนพื้นที่พักพิงที่สงบ ที่ผู้อยู่อาศัยสามารถใช้ชีวิตท่ามกลางสวนและพื้นที่ภายในบ้านได้อย่างผ่อนคลายและเป็นส่วนตัว
เส้นโค้งบางส่วนถูกนำมาใช้เพื่อลดทอนความแข็งของรูปทรงสถาปัตยกรรม และเพิ่มความรู้สึกนุ่มนวล เป็นมิตร และอบอุ่นให้กับพื้นที่อยู่อาศัยมากยิ่งขึ้น
Inward House draws inspiration from Brutalist architecture, reinterpreted through a softer, calmer, and more welcoming lens. Defined by clear architectural masses, strong geometric lines, and open internal spaces, the design creates a peaceful and relaxing living atmosphere.
The concept is carefully adapted to Thailand’s tropical climate, with a strong emphasis on natural daylight, cross ventilation, and integrated green spaces, allowing the home to breathe with its environment. Designed to feel private and introspective, the house creates a sense of retreat where residents can feel calm and disconnected from the outside world, surrounded by gardens and tranquil living spaces within.
Subtle curved elements are introduced to soften the rigidity of the architectural form and bring a warmer, more approachable character to the overall architectural character.
